At your party's end time, guests should exit the facility for clean-up to begin.

Party Frequently asked questions

  • Nope! All our parties include a private rental of our entire facility. Yay!

  • Yes! You can upgrade your party package up until 7 days before your event.

  • Add-Ons are completely optional. You select them when you are ready to book your party with the above link. On the booking page, you will make your selections. Add-Ons are required to be paid in full at the time of selecting your date and paying deposit.

  • We’ve got treats for everyone at your little one’s party! Baskin Robbins can provide mini ice cream cups or an ice cream cake. Huya can provide their famous Pop Tart Cake or adults can sip on iced frozen lattes or fresh drip coffee. A sweet and satisfying experience for all! *subject to change

  • We require a $150 deposit to hold your date. Deposit amount will be applied to the balance. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Your final balance must be paid in full before you leave on the day of your party.  We accept cash or credit cards only.  We do not accept personal checks. You may tip (optional) in cash or on a credit card.

  • You can arrive 30 minutes before your party begins to set up and our party assistant can help! We also allow 30 minutes after your party ends for take-down.

  • While we do not offer custom décor previews or pre-approvals, we ensure a cohesive and stylish setup that aligns with your selected theme. Our approach focuses on simplicity and charm rather than elaborate or highly customized decorations.
