At your party's end time, guests should exit the facility for clean-up to begin.

Party Frequently asked questions

  • Nope! All our parties include a private rental of our entire facility. Yay!

  • Yes! You can upgrade your party package up until 5 days before your event.

  • We require a $150 deposit to hold your date. Deposit amount will be applied to the balance. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Your final balance must be paid in full before you leave on the day of your party.  We accept cash or credit cards only.  We do not accept personal checks. You may tip (optional) in cash or on a credit card.

  • You can arrive 30 minutes before your party begins to set up and our party assistant can help! We also allow 30 minutes after your party ends for take-down.
